Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile application operated by 1x Table Tennis Match developed by Praveen Kumar Gupta ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Record and score table tennis matches in real time
• View match history and detailed statistics
• Access training drills and exercise libraries
• Track training sessions and progress over time
• Analyze performance with charts and analytics

All data is stored locally on your device. The App operates primarily offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of 1x Table Tennis Match developed by Praveen Kumar Gupta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1x Table Tennis Match developed by Praveen Kumar Gupta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other reason. We recommend that you regularly back up your device to prevent data loss.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
