This Privacy Policy describes how 1x Table Tennis Match developed by Praveen Kumar Gupta (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (“the App”) and our companion website. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically:

Anonymous Identifier: The App generates a unique anonymous identifier on your device when you first launch it. This identifier does not contain personally identifiable information and is used to provide the service.
Device Language and Region: The App detects your device’s language and region settings to provide content in your preferred language.
Google Advertising ID: The App collects your device’s Advertising ID for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover the App (for example, whether through an ad campaign or an organic search).
Attribution Data: The App collects information about how you discovered and installed the App, including the installation source and campaign name. This data is used for marketing analytics.

The Advertising ID, attribution data, and anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution and marketing analytics service. 2.2 Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser functionality. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

2.3 Local Data Storage

The App stores your data locally on your device to provide its core functionality. This includes:

Match history and set-by-set scores
Training session logs
Player statistics and progress data
App preferences and settings (such as onboarding completion status)

This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. The App also provides a “Clear All Data” option in its Settings screen.

2.4 Support and Bug Reports

The App’s Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

Your name and email address
A description of your question or the issue you encountered
An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device’s camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device’s file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device’s built-in camera app.

To store your match history, training sessions, and statistics on your device

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your match history, training sessions, and statistics remain on your device and are not transmitted to any server.

The following data is shared with third-party services:

Support requests submitted through the contact form are sent to our support team and are not shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous identifier: Persists on your device until app data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
Google Advertising ID: Managed by Google Play Services; you can reset it at any time in your device settings.
AppsFlyer installation identifier: Managed by AppsFlyer; tied to the app installation.
Local app data (matches, training, statistics): Persists on your device until you clear it through the App’s Settings, clear app data in device settings, or uninstall the App.
Cookies and local storage (built-in browser): Follow standard browser cookie expiration rules and persist until cleared.
Support requests: Retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the App. Your app data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over the internet (except when you voluntarily submit a support request or when attribution data is sent to AppsFlyer). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. We recommend using the App on trusted networks.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options regarding your data:

Clear app data: Use the “Clear All Data” option in the App’s Settings screen to delete all match history, training sessions, and statistics. You can also clear app data through your device’s system settings.
Clear cookies and local storage: Clearing app data also removes any cookies and local storage from the built-in browser.
Reset Advertising ID: You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings under Google > Ads.
Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data, including the anonymous identifier.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
